Activation Labs Australia Pty Ltd builds and runs AI systems for Australian businesses. This page explains what personal information we handle, why we handle it, and who else handles it with us. It covers this website and the systems we run for our clients.
When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name and email address, and optionally your company, your industry and the task you would like help with. We send it to our sales inbox so we can reply to you. The website does not keep a copy.
This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
When you use a system we run for your organisation
Some of our clients give their staff access to an assistant we run for them, at an address on activationlabs.au. If your organisation has given you access:
- You sign in with your work Google account. We receive your email address and use it to check that your organisation has given you access.
- We record your email address, the questions you ask, the answers you receive and any feedback you send, with the time. We use these to answer you and to check and improve the quality of the answers.
- These records are stored on servers in Sydney, with backups in Sydney kept for up to 90 days.
- To produce an answer, your question and the relevant records are sent to the AI model providers we use, which are located in the United States.
Your organisation decides who has access. We handle this information on its behalf and under our agreement with it.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and runs the sign-in check for client systems.
- Google: Google account sign-in, and our own email.
- Resend: delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Amazon Web Services: the servers and backups for client systems, in Sydney.
- Anthropic and OpenAI: the AI models that produce answers.
Some of these providers handle information outside Australia, mainly in the United States.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Seeing or correcting your information
